SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will ship FEDEX or USPS and may take 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders over $75 USD will ship for free. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped unless you have placed a phone order. For phone order updates please give us a call. 

If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed. 

Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. 

However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns may be deemed excessive and we reserve the right to not allow future orders if it becomes a habit. We will send one warning email prior to blocking you from purchasing again. If you have any questions about fit, model measurements, material, or anything else we are more than happy to help you find what is right for you!

 

We also cannot “cancel” any orders when you change your mind. Once your order goes through we are automatically charged a fee from our website provider and credit card processor. We can issue it back as a store credit but this will go towards your return rate.

 

If you decide to preauthorize for an item please make sure you are only preauthorized ONCE. If you accidentally have it set for more than once the system could potentially charge you multiple times for the same item. If you need any help with how to see what you have currently authorized please reach out to us. REMINDER: Pre-authorizing gives us permission to charge your card once the item comes back in stock.

 

Please be aware this is our current policy:

 

You must fill out the return form sent with your item. If you do not send this back fully completed with your items you will not receive a credit back from us.

This form will also help us monitor the amount of returns each customer is making. This will also help us monitor if certain brands are defective.

 

All items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags still attached.

 

ANY CLEARANCE OR SALE ITEMS WILL BE FINAL SALE.

 

Any items purchased using Sezzle will also be final sale.

 

All items must be returned within 10 days to receive an account credit.

 

We no longer issue any money back onto credit/debit cards- we do exchanges and Comment Sold Credit only.
