Orders will ship FEDEX two day air and may take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders over $75 USD will ship for free. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped unless you have placed a phone order. For phone order updates please give us a call.
If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.
Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs.
However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We no longer issue cash or credit/debit card refunds- we offer store credit or exchange only. All items must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Returns must be submitted within 10 days from the original purchase date. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.

It may take 7-10 business days from the date your returned merchandise is received for the exchange or store credit to be processed, completed, and reflected in your account.
