Frequently asked questions

How do I place an order?


We now take orders from our website (tap the shop button at the top left of this page), our Facebook and Instagram pages, and by phone at 334-290-5268. For live videos and fit videos we use Comment Sold. To order you will then need to comment SOLD, Size, and Color underneath the item(s) you are interested in. If it is in stock, you will recieve an invoice via email or Facebook messenger which must be paid within a certain time frame. If the invoice is not paid within this time frame the item will then be placed back on the floor or passed on to the next interested customer. If we do not put a caption saying to order using Comment Sold please give us a call to order!




What is your shipping time frame?


We ship all items FEDEX or USPS. Shipping typically takes between 3-5 bueinsess days to process before being shipped. Once your package is shipped, you should recieve an update via email unless you placed the order by phone. The amount of time it takes from this stage will depend on the proximity of your location to our store in Montgomery, Alabama. If you need an item shipped next day please let us know in your comment/phone conversation so we may add additional costs.

What is your return policy?


We now offer store credit or exchange only. All items must be in orginial condition- unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. You must bring the item back or ship it back within 10 days of the purchase date to receive your store credit or exchange the item. You are responsible for all shipping costs which will not be refunded. We will not initiate any exchanges or issue any store credit until the item is received and inspected.




How much does shipping cost?


Our shipping is typically around $7.00 USD but this may vary depending on your location and the weight of your purchase. All orders over $75.00 USD will ship for free!

How can I change my payment/view order status?


You can view your order, change your payment type, and update your information by logging into your Comment Sold account https://vivianonay.commentsold.com if you have placed an online order. For phone orders please give us a call at 334-290-5268 to check on the status of your item.




How do I get a gift card?


We currently do not have a way to offer online gift cards. We will need to issue a gift card over the phone during business hours at 334-290-5268. The gift card can be shipped to you or kept at the store until the recipient can come by to get it. Our gift cards can only be used in store or over the phone. We can also issue a Comment Sold account credit in place of a gift card if the person you are buying from likes to purchase from us on Facebook Live or our website. Once you have opted for either an In Store/Phone gift card or Comment Sold credit this option cannot be changed as we use two different systems.
