Baumgardner
Charla is the founder of Vivian O'Nay. She's on a mission to empower women and to help spread the word of Christ through the boutique. In her free time she loves attending concerts and relaxing by the pool or lake. She's a mom to 5 boys and a grandma to one grand-daughter, Adalyn.
DANIEL
Mcqueary
Daniel is the reason our store is as beautiful as it is. He has worked all over the US as a merchandiser, event planner, and floral designer. We all agree his talent is unbelievable! He's a Texas native who loves the beach and traveling.
KALISTA
Lindsey
Kalista, a licensed cosmetologist, has seamlessly joined our team with her great style and hardworking attitude. Quiet at first but secretly funny, she quickly picked up working the front desk and doing permanent jewelry, always staying busy and bringing so much value to our team!
TISHA
Ward
Tisha is the friendliest person in the room and never meets a stranger! A Redland local and mom to two teenage boys, she goes above and beyond with her amazing customer service. She’s all about pink sparkles, big sunglasses, and glitter—bringing fun and fabulous energy wherever she goes!

West
Charlee is a key part of our social media team, bringing fun and creativity to our lives and TikToks. Laid-back and always reliable, she’s a great asset to our team! When she’s not at work, she loves playing softball, spending time with her seven siblings, and being involved in her church’s young adults group. She also adores her fur baby, Cash!

Miller
Donna is the woman with a smile as bright as her style! A Wetumpka local and proud grandmother of three, she first joined us through her shopping addiction—now she’s a beloved part of our team. You can catch her in-store, always ready to help customers and inspiring everyone to wear what she has on!
TONJA
Henderson
Tonja works full time as a media specialist for Reeltown Elementary but works with us any chance she can. She knows how to put an amazing outfit together and how to make people feel at home in an instant. You'll always see her with a smile on her face and wearing an outfit fit for a queen!
BECKY
Smith
Becky works in emergency management for the state but also lends her time to our team An awesome grandma and dog mom, she’s hardworking and always ready to jump in wherever she's needed. She started working here because she loved shopping with us and brings that same passion to her job here.
SAVANNAH
Baumgardner
Savannah is a University of Alabama graduate with a marketing degree, having worked with us since high school during summers and school breaks. The oldest of three sisters and niece to our owner, Charla, she’s always up-to-date on trends and brings both passion and expertise to everything she does!
STEPHIE
Culpepper
Stephie is the Marketing Coordinator and one of the buyers for the boutique. She helps create Facebook, Instagram, and web based content with the social media team! She's a marketing graduate of AUM, former makeup artist, dog mom, and mom to her son Keeland.
GLORIA
Locklin
You may also know her as GiGi or as we jokingly call her, The Mayor of the River Region. She never meets a stranger! You can catch her spending time with family, at the store helping clients pick out the perfect outfit, or praying over our customers.
CINDY
James
Cindy has a talent for organization and the perfect eye for detail. She travels all over the country frequently to be with her children and grandchildren. She is a seamstress and former etiquette teacher. The has a great sense of style and is the epitome of a classic southern woman!
JULIA
Lasner
Julia is a creative soul with great style and a beautiful smile! A new mom to her sweet one-year-old daughter, she’s a versatile part of our team who can do just about anything. Always jumping in with a positive attitude, her warmth and talent make her a joy to be around and a truly valued team member!
ALYSSA
McNeil
Alyssa is our inventory manager, making sure every new arrival is entered, tagged, and ready to shop. She’d easily be voted the 'Class Clown' of the store, always keeping us laughing with her pranks and jokes. She loves getting to know people and telling stories—sometimes the same one a million times—but we wouldn’t have it any other way!

Lisa is a hardworking and versatile team member, always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed. She works a couple of Saturdays a month while balancing her full-time job in medical billing. A proud grandmother with a creative touch, she loves repurposing fashion pieces in her spare time!
HAYLEY
Richards
Hayley has been with us since she was 18, bringing her fun personality and great style to every shift. She works full-time in social media for a local country club and handles some of our Facebook Lives. Everyone always wants to know where she got her outfit, as she rocks the latest trends!

Riouff
Scarlet is an asset to our Vivian O'Nay brining years of experience and energy to our store. A styling pro, she excels at putting together looks for herself, customers, and mannequins. Always friendly, easy to talk to, and thoughtful, she rarely takes a break but consistently brings positivity and warmth to the team!
MEGAN
Jackson
Megan, or MJ as we call her, has worked with us off and on for years. Calm and quiet, she’s also surprisingly funny in the best way! She works the front desk, always sweet and great with customers. Now, she comes in a couple of Saturdays a month since she works full-time at a dentist office, and we’re lucky to have her whenever she’s here!
